Patient reviews

My husbands most recent appt at sierra rheumatology was scheduled to receive his first of a series of infusions to treat severe Rheumatoid arthritis, he's been through somewhere around 6-8 specialty biologic medications some with relief up to a year and some only a month or two depending on side effects or his immune system adapting and not working as well anymore. He was just about to check in and go back to start his newest medication when we were told our insurance copay was too much, Mrs.Dr. Dhillon went out of her way to try to apply for copay assistance program of which we didn't qualify for because we had government ins. But didn't stop there, she helped me apply for financial assistance through the medication company , 3 days later, she called to let me know of approval. So my husband will still get to try a better medication still due to these family oriented, compassionate, and dedicated doctors at sierra rheumatology! I feel so blessed to have Drs that care so much and I'm hoping my husband will be able to spend more quality hands on time outdoors with our 5 yr old grandson❤️ Sincerely and thankfully yours The Decks

Dr Dhillon and his entire staff has always treated me very well. Initial appointment he did an extensive evaluation, order many test and was able to come up with a diagnosis. Once diagnosed I was out on the gold standard type of treatment. I got my life back. My devastating pain was now manageable. After a year and a half my insurance company was wanting to go a cheaper route and denied the biologics. Dr Dhillions staff including the office manager advocated for me to continue the treatment that was working so well. After numerous months they were able to get me back on my regime and thankfully doing much better again. Not only am I a patient with this office but my wife and mother in law too. All of us have been treated well and are thankful to the entire staff. I’m routinely followed by NP Rosemarie and she is great.

My experience was awful. After he ran bloodwork and found ANA was on the border he told me I should go to UCSF. He didn’t have anything to say except it may be Fibromyalgia, of course it may be that. That’s why we see Rheumatologists. But now it’s been a year later and this thing came back with teeth. Disabled me for several months. I have no job to return to now and no medications. It’s not like UCSF is around the corner. I just felt he didn’t care. Period.
