So far my experience has been great, it started out with getting a DEXA scan and little by little I started using more services, right now I'm using peptide therapy services and the team has been very helpful. They include a lot in their therapy services so the price is actually a great value, you get to do DEXA scans to track your progress as they are included quarterly with the peptide. Someone always answers the phone and calls me back, they even help me get a discount on lab fees because I don't have health insurance. Customer service is very important to me and these guys got it dialed in just right. I will update this review if something changes but as of right now it's an A+ and I don't expect them to drop the ball on anything because you can tell when people care, highly recommended

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. The entire process with Brian and his team at profusion has changed my life. My first dexascan was exactly a year ago this week. I was 223 pounds and 24.7% budget. I’m down 40 pounds and 14% body fat. I did the Dexascan, RMR (figure out what my body burns at rest) & the vo2 (figure out my zone 2 for optimal fat burning). The guidance and step by step plan was fantastic. Answered every question thoroughly. I’m transitioning now into more of building muscle instead of losing fat as instructed by the them. They have made a plan for me to increase my calorie & carbs strategically. Week by week. My last visit, I did explain there is times I’ve been tired as my days are long and my workouts are hard. They moved some stuff around in my schedule and explained the reasoning for it. They also explained thoroughly the necessity for timing carbs around my workouts and gave me food brands they trust. I feel a major difference since I started that progression a couple of weeks ago. For me this process has been great. I didn’t starve myself & didn’t make life miserable. They helped me make it comfortable and enjoyable where I didn’t feel like I was torturing myself and don’t vision myself breaking from this lifestyle. Thank you to everyone at the profusion/dexafit facility.

Scam to get your money. Use the other dexa companies. Their website advertises they have a Manhattan location open everyday, it’s open only certain weekdays. I called within a few hours after paying, seeing the booking is not an option. They said sure they’ll refund. None. Emailed, they said to reconsider. I said if the website had advertised ahead travel to 1.5hrs away, I wouldn’t have paid. Still no refund. Reported them to the credit card company.
