Premier Spine & Pain Institute

I had an appointment at Premier Spine and Spine Institute for pain pump management and had an excellent experience. Kristen was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and understood the plan moving forward. Chronic pain care can be overwhelming, but Kristen’s calm, compassionate approach made the visit feel manageable and reassuring. The staff at Premier Spine and Spine Institute was efficient and respectful as well. I’m very grateful for the level of care I receive here and would absolutely recommend this practice. I have been driving up from Colorado Springs for several years to be under the management to Dr. Patel and his staff. Very pleased.

Nice outpatient surgery facility. It has ample parking. Nursing staff and Doctors were friendly and efficient. The only issue I had was they asked me to come at 8 for a 9 am appointment. I had already filled out my health passport at home so it took me less then 5 minutes to fill the extra papers. Then I twiddled my thumbs for an hour. The doctor was little late as well so it added to my frustration. But I would highly recommend this place for any surgical need.

I've been coming here for over 20 years, had a different name back then. I started coming here to avoid serious back surgery and for help with pain. I also receive injections for migraines. This helps tremendously reduce my migraines. I have troubles with medication. I'm usually allergic. I've had surgeries and the doctors here really help to find solutions for the back pain. The staff is very kind and helpful. The nurses are very caring and calm you when you have a procedure. I feel all are great. My doctor is Dr Patel whom I feel is extremely knowledgeable and very upbeat, caring. Thank you to the whole office and staff.
