Every single person - from the front desk to the staff taking my vitals to my physician — treated me with kindness that felt real, not routine. Nothing was rushed. Nothing felt cold. I felt seen. I felt heard. I felt valued. This isn’t just a medical office — it’s what healthcare should be. I am beyond grateful to have found my new doctor and my forever medical home. Staff is extremely friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. This place goes above and beyond to provide resources to our community. I see Leslie Dvorak for HRT and Sarah Davis as my PCP, and both have been wonderful. Leslie made transitioning feel safe after past negative experiences elsewhere. Sarah is attentive and thorough, and I always feel listened to. I've also seen Emily Blanchard, who is very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for affirming, compassionate care.

I wish there were some way to know I'm out-of-network BEFORE I TAKE TIME OFF WORK and drive across town for an appointment. Maybe if there were some sort of interconnected system of communication devices capable of contacting one another prior to an appointment for the purpose of collecting insurance information. Alas, those don't exist. I've been told to go places by my insurance because they say it's in-network, and that turns out not to be true. Makes it feel even more confusing and impossible just to get healthcare. But hey, there's a dog.

I saw Leslie Dvorak back when she was still with Nebraska Medical, and while she was great about providing care, ever since this clinic was established I've had nothing but problems. Deeply unprofessional and unorganized. I wasn't even actively seeing them when they accidentally leaked the email addresses of every single patient at their clinic when sending me updates about my care. I made it crystal clear what insurance had, and what my copay would be when I arrived, and double checked multiple times. Weeks later they tell me I'm out of network and every appointment would cost over $150. I could have spent that time seeking out a new provider, but instead I sat on it for weeks under the assumption that they knew what they were talking about. Leslie, you were great, but your staff couldn't be worse. Really wish I didn't have to change providers this late in my transition but I really don't have any choice at this point. If you can find any other option to get your HRT, please take it.

Kind, quick and easy. A patient-first approach. Tell them how you feel and you can talk with them about the care you need. Down to earth medical professionals which seem increasingly difficult to come by. Thank you! Looking forward to the next visit.
