Pretty much a perfect score, except for things that cannot always be helped like getting on the line with the front desk asap and wait times. My experience has been a good one for years. Hendrix and Peñaranda are nice, the lab in-house is convenient. Some younger employees need more customer service skills. It’s a pretty nice/clean facility. The billing and front desk have always gotten back with me if there is a message left.

Great experience at Primary Care El Paso! The staff is very friendly, wait times are short, and everyone makes you feel comfortable. Lisa Hendrix, NP, was especially attentive and informative—she really took the time to listen and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!
