Dr Christina Floreani has been wonderful to work with. I feel like she truly listens to what I am explaining are my current issues and is helping me work towards finding sustainable solutions that will help me succeed. I have a complex medical history of many conditions that makes if fairly challenging. I also truly appreciate the office team who suggested her as a good fit for the concerns I have that I am striving to improve.

Incredibly disheartened and disappointed with the experience that I’ve had with this office. My initial appointment went great and I really enjoyed the psychiatrist I saw during my consultation, but after that, everything went completely downhill. I went to get evaluation for ADHD and was told that they would be in touch with me about it once they checked on my insurance benefits. I didn’t hear anything for about two weeks so I reached out and got a message saying the team was still looking into it? But someone would be in contact soon. Another 15 days later and nothing. Finally called them to once again inquire on what was going on only to be told they have paused ADHD testing indefinitely because they only have one provider that will do the testing and is only there two days a week. Well, that is understandable, but what is not is allowing a patient to continue to wait and wait for information and not providing it to them. 15 days ago they could have easily told me that ADHD testing has been paused so that I could have spent this time looking for another clinic instead of wasting it waiting on them. If you need adhd testing find somewhere else! I find it interesting as well that at least one of their 5 star reviews is from a staff member. Not sure how many others there are as I don’t know all the staff’s names, but still feels like a red flag.

I had a great experience with the whole team. From getting put into the system, to the end result. I will continue to see Dr. Floreani as she listened and offered solutions to my problems unlike some of the other doctors I have seen in the past.
