Dr Frandrup is one of the most professional and best qualified pain specialists I have ever had the privilege of meeting and getting the medical help I desperately needed with the Chronic Pain Diagnosis I was dealing with . And on top of that he takes Medicaid which was a lifesaver for someone like me since it’s hard for me to get a good pain specialist in the town and part of Colorado I’m at! Thank you Dr Frandrup for helping me get to a spot where I don’t wake up everyday contemplating blowing my head off from the sheer amount of physical pain I couldn’t bare to deal with anymore. And thank you for caring about your patients enough to not just throw medications at us and send us on our way! You have the perfect mix of medication management, surgery/procedures, and physical therapy that you should expect from a professional pain specialist!! You are as professional as professional gets!

1/16/26: I see they reply here saying please contact us. Umm yeah did that before posting here. Your sketchy “provider” refused to listen to me. Literally. He’s like, “We are not going to help you. This will be our last conversation. Good luck to you.” So you really think Im going to call again??? My review stands as accurate. Original Review: Not reliable and super sketchy. Recommend you go anywhere but here. First, the secretary does nothing but firing there and do her nails and watch YouTube videos. Never seen her be helpful or do anything useful. Second, they can’t count days correctly for refills. And then never apologize when they get it wrong. Third, 50% of the time (counting a full year) they forget to send in your script. Several times had to wait an extra week and go into withdrawal because of them. Fourth, their telehealth software is an epic failure. It never works and they blame you for missing an apt. Fifth, every month they try to change your apt with less than four hours notice. Every month!! Sixth, they try to upsell you on surgery and implants you don’t need. Seventh, they have constant staff turnover who screw up your records. Eighth, if a doc decides they aren’t making enough money off you and your visits, they makeup a reason to get rid of you as a patient. And ninth, they are woefully lacking in basic clinical knowledge. They claim there has never been a urine testing result error. Ever. That testing errors are impossible. Umm wrong. They need their medical degrees revoked for lying to people about that. This tiny little back room operations is very questionable what they are doing. It will be a waste of your time since they will mess up your medical records or make errors or drop you to fit in patients who are more monetarily valuable.

Prism Pain Management has been the most patient and helpful company in the industry that I've encountered. Dr Frandrup and Michael have been caring and considerate as well the office staff are welcoming and caring. I'm the past I have been met with contempt and derision dealing with my pain and Frandrup process of treating my needs and pain has been essential for getting back to living instead of just struggling. I always look forward to my interaction with the staff and their professionalism. You can't find a better level of care!

I’m so very pleased with the personal in this office the receptionist Jessica is very respectful and takes pride in her job. Veronica the MA is also very respectful of my feelings and makes a person very comfortable with any and all questions. Mario is also very pleasant and respectful. Mike the PA. is very professional at his job and makes you feel very comfortable all the time and spends time to hear you. All in all the staff is a joy to see.

DON'T GO THERE! I should of taken it as a sign when they canceled on me twice. But I understand things come up. I went in for my consultation. I thought it went well. They told I would be put under twilight sedation as I have a movement disorder and significant medical ptsd. When the nurse called me the day before my procedure I made it VERY CLEAR that I cant be awake for this! When I got to synergy serurgical center I still told the nurse that started my IV I CAN NOT BE AWAKE! She told me that I would be put under twilight sedation and probablywouldn't remember it. I told the nurse that was administering the meds of my past medical traumas and that I have tremors and cant lay still very long. I also told the surgeon. They all said they understood and that they would take care of me. When I got on the table the surgeon started to inject the lidocaine( and he didnt even give that enough time to take effect)and 2 of versed. I screamed "Im still awake!" I was supposed to have the left and the right side of my neck injected. As I screamed and cried they gave me another 2 of versed. I was still awake and crying. They did not give me the meds they said they were going to. Nothing for pain. And nothing that would put me into twilight sedation. The surgeon decided to stop and not do the right side. I got to post-op. Crying and shaking. I asked the surgeon why didnt they give the meds they said they would and he said "I don't know" and walked away. The nurse that was helping me get dressed was in shock that this was my experience. When I got home I called the office and told them what happened. I finally was able to take a nap. My whole body hurt from shaking so badly.When I woke up I felt my neck and they didnt even put a bandaid on the injection sites. I was in shock and so angry. I called the clinic again to tell them they didnt even put a bandage of any kind where they injected my spine. And the front desk man said that the surgeon will no longer take care of me. Which is medical abandonment. I was supposed to go back the next Tuesday to do another 2 levels. And they wont help me. So I have 1/3 of a procedure done. I have more pain and more trauma. I just want people to imagine going into a spinal procedure and EVERYONE telling you that "you" wouldn't remember it and "you"would be put under. And that not happening. Screaming "IM AWAKE!" I felt all of it. Heard all of it. And remember every bit of it. They completely disregarded me. And what they put me through and now wont finish the procedure. Of course the office called me and said they were sorry for my experience and sent some referrals to other places that are no where near my home. I had so much hope and confidence that these people were going to help me. This experience set me back in so many ways. My goals. My quality of life. And has caused me to suffer more. Completely incompetent people that did not listen to me. And flat out lied to me about the medications that they said they would give me. Horrible experience. That has come with horribly painful night terrors. Iv NEVER been so disappointed in the medical system. They completely failed me. PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS! There are good doctors out there that will listen and do the job right. Unfortunately they can be hard to find.
