I wanted to give Kudos to this place for the initial consultation making you feel warm, welcomed and cared for. After that you leave with a refreshing new outlook of whatever illness ails you thinking, this is it. They’re going to help me break out of the what seems to be never ending cycle of migraines, and help me manage my PCOS. Just to be let down and realize you’re paying for an absolute scam. And at first it was okay but once the initial testing is done and you sign that dotted line they look at you like a number. I started my journey here in March of 2025 and the last time I heard from anyone was after I made a call 6 months after. And was told, “it’s the patient’s responsibility to call and schedule things.” That’s not something made clear at any of these appointments. Never was I asked if the issues I was dealing with progressing or getting better. If I needed any further assistance with the absurd and unattainable diet plan they give you. I was really hoping that by about a year later I’d be able to have something nice to say and feel better but I don’t. I’m still taking excedrine migraine and carrying it around like candy to deal with migraines most days and unfortunately I didn’t even have PCOS but a different conditioned determined by an unrelated practitioner. But when mentioned to the MD at PMC she never discussed it with me and how to handle it. So all in all if you have any inkling of thought about going here don’t. It’s a waste of time and money.

The rounds of hyperbaric oxygen therapy were easy to follow and calming. The staff made sure I was at ease and gave me clear explanations of the advantages. My energy and general well-being steadily improved after a few treatments. They obviously sincerely care about their patients and outcomes.

We are genuinely grateful we found this practice. Dr. Agolli was incredibly intentional and took the time to carefully review our history and information without rushing. That level of attention and care immediately stood out. Traci was wonderful with patient care navigation — clear, kind, and supportive throughout the process. Mary was excellent on the financial side, thoroughly explaining insurance coverage and what is and isn’t covered, which brought much-needed clarity. We are very appreciative of everyone on the team and feel both supported and hopeful moving forward. Thank you for the care, professionalism, and compassion you’ve shown us.
