I can’t say enough good things about this office and Dr. Morelle. She is truly exceptional. I’ve struggled with ADHD symptoms since childhood but was never formally diagnosed and treated. She conducted a thoughtful and thorough evaluation, listened without judgment, and helped me better understand myself in a way that has been life changing. Her compassion, professionalism, and thorough approach made me feel seen and validated. The entire office is welcoming and efficient. I’m so grateful to have found a provider who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!!

Dr Thummala is a great doctor. I feel totally comfortable with her. Only trouble with High Top Health is the 20 miles I need to drive to visit the doctor of my choice.

I had an appointment on Wednesday (8/5) my first appointment with them, originally I had had for telehealth and was told no I have to come in for the first initial appointment. I had to move around other appointments and my shift at work to make this appointment at 3pm at the Roswell location. When I walked in the receptionist was too busy talking to her coworkers to properly check me in. I walked in and said I’m checking in for Skyler jankowski and once she heard Skyler she goes he’ll be right with you and waved me off. I waited over an hour before another person had to ask her in the office why I was still waiting there. She asked me if I had called him; I don’t have his number or have ever met him it’s my first appt. She then called him for me after giving me the number and no answer on my end. She then calls the doctor by the name Skyler on the phone. I’m not there to see a Skyler another man yes but not one with my name. I show her my appt text and she realizes I’m not there for the doctor on the phone. My doctor has been in the building the whole time but she never checked me in properly so I missed my appt bc of her. And then she blamed me for it bc I have the same name as a different doctor. We spell it completely differently might I add. I asked for my copay refund which was never processed through my account and they have been holding my money since last week. Bc even if you call 20-30 minutes before the office closes they will not be answering which I tried to on Friday to sort this out. And in turn of them not answering phones I couldn’t cancel my appt today. And when I tried to call when they opened to cancel they do not answer phones till one hour after opening which is ridiculous. My entire day was ruined on Wednesday and I wasted over 3 hours and spent $70 round trip on Uber just for the receptionist to be like ooops we’ll have to reschedule hope you don’t hit traffic. I would put her name but she never introduced herself and quite frankly she needs to be retrained on how to interact with guest.
