my wife had a very disappointing experience with this functional medicine practice, especially given the significant financial investment required. What concerned us the most was that during her visit, Dr Kellman appeared to rely heavily on ChatGPT in real time, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional for a specialty medical practice charging premium fees. Additionally, she was told vague information about her lab findings which upon review with another medical proffessional seemed to be innacurate. Overall, the care did not match the cost, expertise, or level of personalized attention that was promised. I would urge prospective patients to ask very detailed questions before committing financially

I have been a patient of Dr Kellman. For 3 years. My experience has been life changing. Dr Kellman pays attention to details. Listens to me explain about my symptoms and puts a plan together. I have total confidence in the Dr. and the office staff is very professional .

He's a genuinely good guy. Trys to help his paitents. He's helped me tremendously with my thyroid issues. He figured it out when traditional doctors told me my thyroid was normal. Turns out it wasn't. Thank you Dr Kellman.

When I first went to see Dr. Kellman 3 years ago I had just found out I had Hashimoto’s. I was inflamed I had horrible gut problems and felt sick all of the time. With Dr. Kellman’s guidance I treated SIBO overgrowth and my inflammation and it completely changed my life. Having a doctor who actually listens and wants to get to the bottom of the actual root cause to why you’re having health issues is refreshing to say the least and I’m so grateful to have found him and his team.

I visited Dr. Raphael Kellman MD's office for several appointments. While the medical care was helpful, my experience with the administrative side of the practice has been deeply frustrating. For over a year, I have been attempting to resolve a billing issue and obtain a refund that I believe I am owed. Despite my repeated efforts to communicate with the office, the issue remains unresolved. As a direct result of this ongoing and unaddressed problem, I have lost all trust in this clinic. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice. Reply to the answer below 09.17.25: please note I called many times your office. Last week I was on a 3 way call with my insurance and your office receptionist, but both the office manager and the billing department was not available again. Hope to hear back from your office on this billing issue.
