I tried three services at Recharge Wellness — hydrogen inhalation, cranial electrotherapy, and the red light therapy blanket — and I walked out feeling like someone rebooted my whole nervous system. I started with a complete tour of the facility from Liz, she explained everything wonderfully. The hydrogen inhalation was effortless deep breathing, the cranial electrotherapy was almost instantly calming and the red light blanket - my FAVORITE- was the perfect final reset — warm, grounding, and deeply relaxing. I’ve tried lots of “self-care,” but this is the first time I’ve felt a real shift in stress levels just by resting. It’s absolutely worth it!

I had such a wonderful experience at ReCharge Wellness in Odenton! The center is beautifully designed and intentional, and you can truly feel the love and purpose behind it. Heather shared the story of how her vision came to life, and it’s inspiring to see a business built with so much heart. The experience itself was amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge both body and mind! — The studio offers over 20 different specialties so you’re bound to find something fit for your needs.

I cannot adequately explain how many benefits every single room offers- I come in stressed and low energy because I can’t sleep during the night very well, but once I leave I feel great, and at night I sleep! So I return 3-5 x a week to Recharge in Odenton! This is now apart of my weekly routine- It is DEFINITELY worth the time and the membership to have access to all the modalities! LIFE CHANGING👏🏻🙌🏼👏🏻🙌🏼👏🏻

Just started coming here but the staff have been amazing. One of my friends recommended for all the health benefits. So relaxing with Ora frequency therapy in every room, so relaxing. Lots of things I'm excited to try! Love the close location to me as well.

I booked a 60-minute infrared sauna session and the experience was not good. First, the sauna was not on so it took over half of my scheduled time for the sauna to heat up to even break a sweat. Secondly, there were what looked like used towels from a previous session left in the sauna. The sauna floor was not clean and one of the red lights was not working. The clear intercom system came on twice and was super loud even though I never requested assistance. The door to enter the room where the sauna is located does not have a lock on it. I could hear someone knocking on doors for other services so it was not a quiet experience. Lastly, I told Jasmine about my experience and she told me she will have Heather contact me and to date, no phone call.
