Overall an amazing experience. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled and attentive. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Red Light Therapy to anyone looking to promote healthy aging, increase levels of collagen, reduce inflammation, achieve weight loss goals and rejuvenate and repair themselves.

I love it! Super relaxing, leaves you feeling refreshed and energized. Red light then vibration on their machine feels like a great reset. My skin even looks& feels healthier, plus I feel lighter. Erika is personable and accommodating always with a great attitude. Her professionalism made us get more sessions. I definitely recommend this place.

i started Red Light Therapy in the Long Island location at the end of June 2024. From my first session i could already see that this is something i was going to keep up with. I walked in feeling very tense, my body was also stiff bc i was dealing with pain in my shoulders and knees, After my first session I felt so relaxed and zen and the pain diminished dramatically. . Theresa and Erica are amazing. They are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. So far i’ve done 4 sessions and Ive already noticed how my skin is so smooth and things are certainly firming up on my problem areas. Also my face is looking radiant and my skin is tighter! i love this so much that my mom came with me and she signed up for a package as well!! I really love this and look forward to my sessions!

I have been going for a few weeks now. It is such a peaceful relaxing process. The spa is exceptionally clean. The people are very friendly and accommodating. I’ve already lost 5 pounds and just one month. Highly recommend!!

I originally had seen the Red Light Therapy on GoodDay New York. I always wanted to give it a try and I am so happy I did. I met Adie & Erica and must say they are both amazing, very knowledgeable and super sweet. They absolutely make you feel comfortable. I can’t say enough on how I feel after each RLT session, from the vibration therapy to the roll shaper which I love, to the relaxing RLT which is the best part of the whole therapy session. I’ve completed 5 sessions so far. I can honestly say that the cellulite has been diminishing while losing weight as well. There is nothing better than feeling good. Thank you ladies for making this experience worth while. Janet
