I had been eagerly waiting for them to open after signing up as a founding member. The moment I saw red light therapy and Pilates—two of my favorite things—I jumped on it! My first visit felt a bit intimidating and overwhelming, but Michelle reached out to me right away and made sure my second visit was a much better experience. That level of care and attention really meant a lot and says so much about how they run their business. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and such a relaxing space to spend time in. I also love that their red light beds include PEMF, which makes the sessions feel even more elevated and effective. One of my favorite parts is the sense of community. It’s so nice chatting with other members on the vibration plate and seeing people connect and unwind in the sauna. It really feels like a welcoming and supportive environment. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in red light therapy or wellness in general!

Not as advertised. I signed up as a “founding member” and was told my first month would be a trial and if I didn’t like it, I could be refunded. I went four times. Each time was disappointing and the facility is very low end. The rooms remind me of tanning bed rooms from the 90s. The sauna is not hot enough to get the benefits of sauna exposure and it’s located in the main room with zero privacy. I decided to cancel and was not refunded. Very disappointed. For a new business at such a high price point I would expect a modern and high end experience which this is not.

I’ve been going to Red Light Method on 82nd & Harvard the past three weeks and I’m honestly so glad I tried it. I started for inflammation and joint pain, and I’m already feeling a big difference. On top of that, I’ve started losing inches (which I didn’t even expect!) and I’m sleeping so much better. That alone has been a game changer. The place is super clean, relaxing, and the staff is really kind and helpful. It’s become one of my favorite self-care things to do. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
