Had multiple microneedling tx’s done here, purchased over Groupon. My aesthetician was great, but, she ended up leaving. I bought some additional microneedling treatments (valued $450+) and gifted them to my mother. I messaged my aesthetician to see if they’d honor the package still as it was days past expiration; this is when she told me she no longer worked here, but said that management was pretty great with honoring things like this. Except, they didn’t. Which, sure sucks but I took it with a grain of salt, & moved on. Then, a male from here (I wish I saved his name, maybe it was Adam not sure), assuming the owner reached out to see if I’d like to schedule anything - which was annoying, you denied the Groupon but thought I’d ever want to come back & pay your business directly full-price? I replied letting them know I was disinterested and to remove my contact information for good. I’d initially left a review back then, which they denied, claiming I wasn’t ever a customer there. My problem wasn’t ever with their policies, it was their customer etiquette. You’re not accommodating but still money hungry enough to try to reach back out, then later accuse the same prior customers of creating fictitious reviews, because you don’t know how to appropriately work with the public or handle a truthful review.

How do you get a hold if them to book an appointment? I bought a big package on Groupon and i cannot even schedule to get anything done cause the phone line does not work nor texting or online booking. Hello?!

Absolutely thrilled with the incredible facial experience I had with Kennedy! Not only did she provide the best facial I've ever received, but her personalized nightly routine recommendations are excellent.
