I had high hopes for this clinic based on their branding and promises of personalized care, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling misled and overcharged. After receiving my lab results (which were not freely given to me I had to ask for them on multiple occasion) , it was clear my testosterone levels were within normal range. Despite this, testosterone therapy was still strongly encouraged, and I was quoted $695 for one vial—an amount I later discovered included a $600 concierge fee that was never clearly explained up front. This was not transparent and felt like a push toward an overpriced in-house solution rather than a patient-first approach. When I asked about receiving my prescription to fill elsewhere, I felt resistance rather than support, raising concerns about whether the goal is genuinely my health or just profit. I’ve since found several other clinics in Austin offering the same therapy for a fraction of the cost, with far more straightforward pricing and communication. I’m leaving this review not out of malice, but to encourage others to ask detailed questions before committing to anything. Know your options—your health is important,
