I was very optimistic about coming here when I started, but ultimately I see this place as a massive scam with people who don’t really care about you. I’ve had AWFUL pmdd symptoms for years and taking progesterone was the only thing that helped. Got off it for a few years and was hesitant to start up at a naturopath again since I know they love to charge exorbitant prices. Well my consultation went well, but after the bloodwork and everything it took about a month for this office to send the prescription out to the compounding pharmacy. Really was a nice wake up call to spend $300 out of pocket as well as $65 a month every month to see a doctor who has a policy not to send your ongoing refills to another compounding pharmacy out of state after I moved!! I purposely rationed my meds that I needed to take mostly every day so that when the time came to switch my rx over, I could do so. No other company has ever flat out refused to transfer my prescription out of state. Incredible. They don’t want to help you they simply want your money. Edit: I did call and let your office know I was moving. I still have the voicemail with the transcript of you saying that you’d canceled my appt and that was it. You didn’t offer to fill a higher quantity of meds or offer anything like you claim in your response. I had many appointments prior to my move who all offered to send my prescription across state lines. I had no idea I would run into any problems at this place, otherwise I would have been more vigilant at trying to get a higher volume of meds prior to my move. But as you see in the voicemail transcript, nothing was offered or mentioned. I then assumed it wouldn’t be much of a burden to get my care moved over. Alas, I was wrong! Oh well. What can you expect from a place that charges up the wazoo for treatment. Also, the waiting about a month for my prescription in the first place was extremely frustrating. And I made multiple calls between this business and the compounding pharmacy over the course of several weeks in order to get my meds in the first place. This office kept telling me that they sent it when they hadn’t. I had to constantly call to check in w them before I finally got my meds.

I would recommend Melissa Bachmans office to EVERYONE. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The office is extremely clean & a cozy environment. We spent an hour together the first appointment going over everything and never once did I feel rushed. She really takes the time to listen to concerns & then comes up with a game plan to get better. I really appreciated the fact that instead of immediately bringing up medication she shared other alternatives as well. If you’re looking for someone who truely cares and takes the time to help you really heal — I can’t recommend her enough.

I have been going to Dr. Melissa Bachman for almost six years now and I am still so impressed by the attentiveness she provides to her patients and her ability to diagnose (she diagnosed me with a thyroid condition that would have taken years to get to the bottom of with a traditional western medicine GP). She has been incredibly helpful in my health journey with an autoimmune disorder and beyond. I can’t recommend her enough. I have also been to Chad Bachman for acupuncture and loved his presence, he is so cool, calm and collected and really helped me with low back pain I was experiencing. These two are a power couple if you ask me!
