I recently had the pleasure of receiving IV therapy from RESET IV and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment Tiffany walked into my home was attentive, and professional. Tiffany their nurse, made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Tiffany's knowledge and skills were immediately evident; she was gentle, reassuring, and took the time to explain each step of the treatment. What truly set her apart was her personable nature and genuine care for my well-being; even when she left and further days after she took the time to make sure me and my children were doing well. She ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the entire session and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay. The IV therapy itself was fantastic, I instantly became feeling refreshed, energized, and completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend RESET IV for anyone looking for top-notch IV therapy services. And if you have the chance, definitely request Nurse Tiffany; her expertise and warmth make all the difference!

I highly recommend Reset IV! On a business trip, I was feeling worn down and needed something to get me back to 100%. After booking online, Daniel called me 5 minutes later and we discussed timing. There ended up being quite a bit of traffic, but Nurse Sophie kept me up to date on timing and had such good energy when she walked in the door. She was so sweet, and got me all taken care of with everything I needed. Later that evening, I was back on my feet. I told Nurse Sophie I'd call each time we traveled back to Miami! If you need anything, look no further.

Tiffany is truly amazing! From the moment she walked in, her energy was so positive and uplifting, it instantly made me feel comfortable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything. Her IV therapy skills are top-notch. Not only did I feel physically refreshed, but her amazing energy and warm personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Tiffany if you’re looking for an expert with a wonderful spirit!

I highly recommend this company. They responded immediately to my request for an appointment and had a professional registered nurse at my door right away. My RN was Brian and he was extremely kind, professional and made me feel very comfortable. He went over packages with me and explained everything clearly and was really awesome and personal. He was even kind enough to rearrange his schedule and drove nearly an hour to my residence when I asked if he could come early. The entire process took less than an hour and left me feeling full of energy after way too many days drinking over Memorial Day weekend. He was even kind enough to extend a dinner invitation to me to meet his family and talked about how much he loved his job and helping people...truly an awesome experience. This was my first time doing something like this but if I’m ever in need I’m happy to know that RESET IV and Brian will be there to help. I’m a South Florida bartender and I’m going to be sure to tell all my contacts about this company. I could not imagine getting better service anywhere. They come quickly....to your home, there are no hidden fees, and have an amazing staff. What more could anyone ask for? Thank you Brian and RESET IV!

The entire experience was seamless from the initial phone call, to the end of the service. Reset promptly dispatched a nurse directly to my home to administer an IV. Sebastian arrived about 45 minutes after my initial inquiry. He was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and had impeccable bedside manner. I recommend this service to anybody who needs to feel revitalized after a long night out. What would have been a wasted, miserable vacation day turned out to be an amazing contrast. I felt immediate relief.
