Great experience! Facility is very nice and clean which is huge for me! Nicole was extremely helpful and patient walking me through my initial experience with cold / sauna/compression cycle. The atmosphere is simple but quiet and relaxed. I love compression therapy added to the hydrotherapy.

Very clean, and professional. Compression room is great. Sauna is hot. Cold plunge is amazing. Red light room is great. All the employees are fabulous. If it is your first time, the employees will walk you through everything and even help you stay calm in the cold plunge.
