Obviously, I’m a little biased because I work here, but I’ve experienced the results firsthand so I thought I would share.
Over the past year and a half, my journey here has been incredible. With the help of Brian and the amazing team at Rewind, I’ve lost 20 lbs, gained muscle, and, most importantly, transformed my overall health—both physically and mentally. My energy levels have improved, my confidence has went up, and my quality of life is better than ever.
One of the most motivating aspects of my journey has been using the InBody scale at the clinic. It allowed me to track my progress in real time, which kept me accountable and driven to keep pushing forward. This isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about feeling stronger, healthier, and more in control of my body.

I can’t say enough good things about Rewind! Working with Rewind has completely transformed the health and well being of my parents. They’ve lost weight, regained their energy, and truly seem to be aging in reverse. Now in their 70s, they feel like they’re back in their 60’s again, and the difference is nothing short of amazing!
Brian, the owner, is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about every detail of their progress. You can tell he is deeply invested in each person’s success and well-being. Audrey is equally impressive, always efficient, organized, and ready to help with anything we need.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Rewind Anti-Aging Miami. After injuring my back during CrossFit, I spent months struggling with pain and feeling unable to do the workouts I loved. A friend recommended Rewind, and from my very first visit, I knew I was in the right place.
Brian (the owner) took the time to truly listen — not just about my back injury, but also about my overall health and fitness goals. After receiving customized guidance and peptide therapy, my back has improved significantly — I’m lifting again and feeling stronger than ever.
