I had the best experience here! The team members and the owner Julie is the best! They greet you with tea and it’s so clean too, which is soo important to me. I several treatments with a day package - whole body cryo, infrared sauna, the wellness lounge with red light therapy and cryo facial. They did the best job educating me for each of the experiences along the way. I would highly recommend here for recovery, pain management and relaxation. Afterward, I slept so amazing and just felt so good. The whole body cryo felt so good and helped recovery a ton. Infrared sauna has a ton of benefits as well. My favorite was the cryo facial—which is great for your face, but also felt delightful! 12/10 can’t wait to come back.

You owe it to yourself to sign up for the therapies designed at RISE Modern Wellness in Lake Houston. They have Infrared Sauna, Cryotherapy, Local Cryo, Dry Salt, PEMF and much more. My favorites are infrared Sauna and Cryotherapy. The infrared sauna is not only healthy (by strengthening my immune system), but I was so relaxed at the end and felt rejuvenated. The owner,Julie and her staff are super knowledgeable, and it is obvious they love what they do. The care and attention they place into every customer is second to none. I highly recommend trying their services, you will not be disappointed !!!

I went to the open house at Rise Modern Wellness and was so impressed! The space is really cool, clean, and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made everything feel comfortable and inviting. I’m especially excited to go back for a cryofacial soon! Highly recommend checking them out!!

I had an amazing experience at RISE Modern Wellness! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I tried both cryotherapy and compression therapy to prepare for my SWAC women’s soccer championship, and I was blown away by how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt afterward. The cryotherapy session was energizing and instantly helped reduce muscle soreness, while the compression therapy left my legs feeling light and relaxed. Everything was explained clearly, and the team really took their time to tailor the experience to my team. You can tell they truly care about their clients’ wellness and recovery. If you’re looking to recover faster, feel better, and treat yourself to top-notch care, Rise Modern Wellness is the place to go!!

It’s such a wonderful thing to take time to do something healthy for yourself, and this is the perfect place to do it. The therapies — especially the red light sauna and PEMF are my favorites. They truly work wonders for relaxation and relieving soreness. The staff is the nicest in town: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always so helpful. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
