I've been a patient for over 12 years now, and im so grateful to Dr. Rock and all the girls! It's not easy to find a pain doctor that treats you like an actual person who is suffering. One who takes the time to actually get to KNOW you and cares about your health, well being, and even your family! So, I'd say if you find all that,(along with patience and understanding about the difficulty of living with chronic pain.)then you have a great doctor!

I have been going here for a few years, but after the experience I had last week at this office , I will not be back. Myself and a few other patients , we're sitting in the waiting room when the receptionist told us to go home and do a telehealth. This is the second time this has happened. They never call in my scripts , they do not return phone calls and now they are scheduling and then sending us home. Why? This is by far negligent and myself and another patient that was in the waiting room have reported this to the board of health. I now get to take time out of my day to find a new doctor because I will never go back to this one. I hope the new Dr I see has integrity and consistency. Do NOT waste your time and insurance on this Dr. It looks to me like Dr Rock should retire!

Book an appointment, I arrived per the email confirmation, they say there's no indication of my visit. I show them the email, they "fit me in." But significantly after my set time. Tell me to schedule a MRI and Xray. I do, but insurance needs Dr. notes prior to approval. THIS LASTS 2 MONTHS going back and forth between the imaginable center and trying to get a hold of the office. Moral of the story, I'm still in pain, haven't got the imaging done and now have to find another health care provider. Most disorganized and unprofessional experience I've had in health care....and thats saying a lot considering how imperfect our system is.
