They answered all my questions both before and after the procedure and even offered tele-consultations, which made everything so convenient. They also helped with ordering medications whenever required, and their prompt replies were impressively efficient. Dr. Siddique and Dr. Shariff took the time to explain each and every step of the procedure in detail and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my visit. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly stood out. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of at the clinic. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering a hair transplant!

I had a great experience with the team at s3. I went in for the initial consultation and Dr. Siddique was very thorough in understanding my experience with hair loss. Previously, I had been to a clinic in Austin and I left that appointment questioning if I was making the right decision. When I had my consultation at S3 it was a completely different experience. Dr. Siddique did a great job explaining to me why I was in the situation that I was and then went through how he could help me out. He explained to me exactly what they would do during the procedure and took the time to answer all of the questions that I had. After the initial consult I went ahead and booked the procedure for a few days later. The day of the procedure was seamless. Both Dr. Siddique and Dr. Shariff make you feel comfortable and explain everything that will happen during the procedure. They made sure the visit was as painless as possible and their entire staff was incredible. After the procedure was done they were great about reaching out and checking on the progress. Their after care instructions were clear and easy to follow. They were very responsive with answering any questions. I recommend this clinic to anybody in the area considering having this done.
