Dr. Franke and his staff are the best! I have never had a doctor who was willing to double book to get me in to help me alleviate my pain as well as explain what was going on and how to treat it. He is wonderful! I highly recommend him!

I want to say that Dr..Derian is a phenomenal Dr but he doesn't take insurance at all and the front office kept telling me he did so if you can afford to pay out of pocket go to him.

I wish there were a 10 star option- My experience at the Mesa office with Dr. Derian and his staff was outstanding from beginning to end. I had been having debilitating spinal and leg pain for over a year before finally being able to get an MRI showing a synovial cyst and bone spur. The medical “experts” had previously diagnosed it as sciatica, but none of the recommendations for PT, chiropractic care, oral steroids helped. The consultation with Dr. Derian gave me hope and then a week later, I had the procedure to “pop” the cyst and receive the nerve medication injection. It was almost painless and his staff were so kind and efficient. The next day I felt like a new person- no pain! There is no way to describe the relief and gratitude I feel for getting my active life back. I would say I am experiencing over 90% improvement, maybe closer to 100% :-). From the very first contact with this office, I felt confident in their competence and sincere caring about me. Thank you, Dr. Derian, his assistant, Trinity and every member of his staff for being part of the miracle in my life.

Dr. Derian understood my fear of needles and had the nurse be as gentle as possible while simultaneously speaking to me to keep my mind off of it. As well as Dr.Derian treatment gave me such a relief I can’t even describe it in words.
