The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Communication with families is excellent — we were always kept informed and any questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this San Jose Skilled nursing facility. From the moment we walked in, Karina and the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for.
