Skin of Culture and Hair Center: Dr. Nikki Hill

First things first, Dr. Hill is truly the MVP of skin correction! I struggled with skin discoloration on and off for years, and when I began seeing her over a year ago, she completely got me together. My skin has improved tremendously under her care. I recently had a follow-up virtual appointment, and while coordinating everything, I spoke with a few team members regarding scheduling and a small communication oversight after my appointment. When I was transferred to the front office, I was greeted by Tonya — and her energy was absolutely magnetic! She was refreshingly positive, professional, and personable. I even shared with her how uplifting her spirit felt compared to my earlier interactions. She truly made my morning on February 19th. Tonya, thank you so much for your beautiful spirit and outstanding professionalism! Highly recommend this practice, excellent results and exceptional service.

hi I m Asian and i choice place on review. It is ok at beginning and i never see Dr hill and only PA. I always think why ??? I be with them almost 2 years and recently i stop go there. Staff is nice ; place is very nice But my problem is want to see professional that put on businesses page . Nomatter ; REALLY DOCTOR is at least Shoud be ONE TIME SEE YOUR patient and hang over whoever.I understand Dr is always busy BUt you do business; you should not do that way. I feel like ; why i can not see Dr. I paid same as other one. I have serious melasama problem. I feel sad and all the time buy lotion paid my pocket and make another appointment. They did IpL laser treatment . Very high amount than other place. I spent 800$ from my pocket. Lastweek someone text and i called back so many time ; No one care my call hang over to person. I m pretty sure. They not made money from me ; so now they don't care. When i paid 800$ ; they treat me princess. So sad.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Hill, and I was impressed by the front office staff. They were welcoming, and the check-in process, along with using the patient portal, was seamless. I felt emotional when I had to remove my hat and reveal that I have been losing my hair. Dr. Hill showed a lot of compassion and patience during my appointment. She took the time to explain my options and reassured me that she would support me throughout this journey. As a woman of color, I truly appreciate finding a healthcare professional who understands my issues and the possible underlying causes.
