Personally I had an excellent experience with this service. It was like any doctors appointment I had. Put in my medical history, reason for visit, photos, I talked to the provider and he was amazing really listened to my concerns, Dr Kevin Wright. He also gave me great recommendations on what I could do to help my skin as well as some affordable products I could add to my skincare routine that would address my issues. I did receive a tretinoin prescription and it was sent to my pharmacy and filled with no issues. I will absolutely be doing a follow up visit in 6 months with the same provider.
