Dr Rama and his team and changing people's lives. I had a virtual call with him to discuss my fatigue. I have struggled my whole life. Highly recommend Dr Rama regardless of where you live.

Dr. Rama is a true scholar in every sense of the term. I have been looking sleep apnea treatments for 16 years and I got soo much clarity in one session. He was so patient, and kind and his tests were extensive. UPDATE: everybody in that office is awesome especially Dr. Rama and Charlene, who is the Night Lace Expert.. She is so detail oriented and make sure you feel very comfortable and creates a very healing atmosphere.

Dr. Rama is an amazing soul! I've been having a sleep issue that causes me to wake up with a falling feeling and a frightening gasp for air sometimes when I take a nap during the day. I had just woke up from this and all the sleep clinics in my area were closed, so I randomly called around to places in California. I had just missed California business hours, but Dr. Rama personally called me back and talked me through some possible scenarios and solutions. I will give your advice a try!

As a student, I’ve had the privilege of scribing with Dr. Rama, and it has been an incredibly valuable learning experience. I’ve learned so much about the different diagnostic tests and treatment options he uses, and I’ve been able to see first-hand how effective they are for his patients. Dr. Rama takes an interdisciplinary approach to sleep medicine that is truly unique, and the results speak for themselves. I have been following Andrew on YouTube ever since I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea in January 2024. I was prescribed a BiPAP with settings of 22/18, but I always felt unwell every day. My doctor kept telling me, “You’re doing fine — there may be something else going on.” In August 2025, I found Andrew listed as a consultant on SleepHQ and scheduled an appointment with him. After reviewing my OSCAR data, Andrew explained that my breathing pattern was irregular and that an ASV might be beneficial. I spoke to my doctor and asked him to prescribe an ASV, but he said there was no need for it and refused to write the prescription. I eventually purchased a used ASV on the secondary market, and Andrew helped me set it up via Zoom. From the very first night, it felt much easier to breathe, the noise was lower, and within a few days my constant feeling of unwellness disappeared. In summary, after twenty months of struggling, Andrew solved my problem in just four Zoom sessions. I have great respect for Andrew and his expertise, and I highly recommend that anyone with sleep apnea have a session with him and let him review their data. — Michael Wagner, Waretown, New Jersey P.S.
