I recently had a breast lift procedure by Dr Pittman and overall, I’m very happy with my decision. From the first consultation, Dr Pittman made me feel comfortable and informed. He clearly explained the procedure, recovery time, possible risks, and expected results. The surgery went smoothly, and the medical staff was professional and supportive. Recovery took a few weeks, and I made sure to follow all aftercare instructions carefully. There was some swelling at first, which is normal, but it gradually improved. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I truly would recommend Dr Pittman. He’s a 10 out of 10!

I cannot speak on the doctors but I can and want to share my experience with the office staff and coordinators. I am a stay at home mother and homemaker. I picked this practice due to reviews and reading up on the doctors themselves. Today(2/26),after the office rescheduled me to this date due to unavailability of Dr. Pittman, I was on my way to my appointment and half way there i get a call from my 2.5 year old's school stating he has a fever and I had to pick him up. I asked the school if I could come in an hour to pick him up and they stated no. I called the office immediately and spoke with Kelsey. I explained i was almost there and the circumstances and apologized but wanted to reschedule. Kelsey then tells me there will be a fee to reschedule due to the 'under 24 hour' rule. But, that she would talk to her manager and see if they could wave the fee and she'd call me back to reschedule. She didn't. I called back later that afternoon to reschedule my appointment. I was told sorry I couldn't wave that fee and it would be $150 to reschedule. So im writing this review for this only. THIS says so much about this practice and the people running it. I get the policy. Most doctors in regular practice, nurse practitioners ect have the same policy. And that's perfectly fine. But, I paid $150 consultation fee already and this was an UNFORESEEN event. My CHILD was sick and I was told to pick him up immediately. Kelsey told me she'd ask her manager if she could wave it so the answer was NO. This wasn't my car broke down or im sick myself(bc I would of dragged myself there ) or any other excuse. The head of school even offered to write a note on their letter head that it is in code with health regulations that the child has to be sent home and the office STILL would not wave the fee. I'm sorry but that just says ALOT. A mother who does not work and is the sole caretaker of the children you couldn't see fit to work with,$300 before I even choose this doctor??? No thank you and if the doctors read these reviews please do better this is unacceptable. Really!

I’ve wanted to get a breast augmentation my entire life, but the idea of going under general anesthesia always made me nervous. When I learned about the Preserve technique, I started researching and decided to go for it, and it was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I contacted Dr. Pittman and his team, I felt completely supported. They were patient, informative, and made sure I understood every step of the process. The day of my procedure, everything went so smoothly, the technique is minimally invasive, quick, and the recovery is unbelievable. I actually flew in from Georgia, and within 72 hours I was back home, feeling great and back to my normal routine. The results are beautiful and I’m beyond happy with my experience. The entire team deserves all the credit, they’re professional, caring, and genuinely invested in their patients’ comfort and results. If you’ve been hesitant like I was, especially because of general anesthesia, I cannot recommend Dr. Pittman and the Preserve technique enough. It’s life-changing!
