I came in really excited as I have been struggling with chronic pain for years. This had to be the perfect place! Husband runs the front desk, wife is the Doctor. Dr Williford suggested a bunch of tests and supplements, which is not cheap at all. I stuck with it and followed the protocol for months. Along the time working together I made an appointment for my 2 year old and a $200 deposit was collected to hold the call. When I canceled 3 days before I was told the deposit was non refundable. The husband says he needs to “check with the Dr” (his wife) in order to issue are refund. Seems no special favors or great customer service here. The office will not answer the phone or call me back or respond to emails about my current health protocol. No one checked in on my to see how I was doing. There was not much love or compassion coming from this group. I hope they improve, maybe a front desk patient manager and a more open way to be in touch with the Dr.

I became a patient of Dr. Williford almost three years ago after our daughter had been a patient for a while. She is extremely experienced, caring and passionate about finding the root cause and complete healing (not just covering up symptoms) for the individual. I saw the immense difference she made in my daughter's life, that I wanted to begin my health journey as well. Dr. Williford is very thorough and educates her patients through the process of optimizing their health. My husband is so impressed, he has been going to Dr. Williford for about 2 years. He no longer has to take daily antihistamines and has improved his diet and lifestyle to coincide with mine and our daughters. SIEM is an amazing practice....we love the entire staff! Highly recommend!

I am immensely thankful for Dr. Williford. She has been a pivotal influence on my overall health. I began my journey with her in the summer of 2020 and haven't looked back since. Remarkably, she's even converted my initially skeptical husband into a believer. Since seeing Dr. Williford, I've noticed a marked improvement in various areas: my energy levels, skin health, mood, and digestive wellbeing, to name a few. The results speak for themselves – if you follow her advice, it truly works. But beyond her professional expertise, what stands out most is her genuine care and concern for her patients. In a healthcare system where traditional doctors often spend only 5 minutes with you and are quick to prescribe medication, Dr. Williford takes a different approach. She dedicates ample time, asks in-depth questions, and seeks to genuinely understand and address the root of any health concerns. A testament to her commitment: when I contracted COVID-19 in early 2021, a single email to her was met with an immediate response. Not only did she advise me on adjusting my supplements, but she also went above and beyond by checking in on a Sunday. Thankfully, my symptoms were mild and I recovered quickly, a result I attribute in part to her guidance. Whether it's assisting me in maintaining health during work travels or helping me recuperate after major surgeries, Dr. Williford has been there. When my son experienced a concussion, she was quick to provide valuable recommendations for his recovery. It's worth noting that Dr. Williford's services operate on a self-pay basis, which can sometimes seem a bit pricey at first glance. However, there's a larger context to consider: insurance companies, by and large, don't prioritize preventative care. Unfortunately, there's little immediate financial incentive for them in doing so, leading to many preventative-focused health providers, like Dr. Williford, not being covered by insurance. Furthermore, many medical professionals are increasingly opting to distance themselves from insurance dealings. This is due to the substantial administrative overhead and red tape that comes with insurance claims, which often necessitates a heavy staffing just to navigate the complexities. For me, investing in Dr. Williford's care is not just about the immediate service; it's a conscious choice towards long-term health and prevention over short-term cost savings. Dr. Williford is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Being under her care has been a privilege. It's true that quality healthcare is an investment, but it's one I've wholeheartedly prioritized and recommend to others.
