Well I don't think I would even rate it one star but I had to push something to be able to get here. I am my current resident here and well when you walk in the door it looks beautiful sitting rooms decorations the internal workings are horrible I am in a room that now the second time it rained the roof is leaking I have been without a television all weekend staring at the walls. Now I would leave my room except for the fact that I asked for oxygen portable so that I could leave the room as I am on 5 l of oxygen and I got told no that I had my own well the tank that I have my oxygen company sent to the hospital so that I would have oxygen going home I'm not going to waste it here so that I have nothing to go home on so I'm stuck in my room. I've been here for 7 days this morning is the first morning that I actually asked for coffee and got it that's because the CNA the one that I know of that is decent here her name is Monica is working this morning. I've been sick since I've been here and the doctor put me on fluids all weekend and when they brought me my so-called fluids on Saturday it tasted like they dipped it out of a mop bucket I told the CNA that it tasted like soap and cleaner and he said so you don't want it? I was like no, so it was a good thing I had my own chicken broth I had ordered from Walmart at the beginning of the week, cause all I was doing was throwing up. And when you push your call button sometimes you better hope you weren't having an emergency because it could take up to 30 40 minutes before somebody comes to the door and at that point they act like you're bothering them. These things may seem trivial to a lot of people but when you're stuck in a room laying in a bed because you're sick and all these little things add up having to stare it for walls because you have no TV having to wait 30 or 40 minutes just for someone to come to the door and act like you're bothering them and I'm sorry I am a coffee drinker and every morning when I asked for coffee and never got it it really kind of sucked there's one nurse here his name is Sam he's very good and of course I told you Monica is good and the housekeeper Rose very very nice because you don't get housekeeping over the weekend. In retrospect like I said you walk in the doors it looks lavish and beautiful but maybe they need to work on their people and their skills and the way that their residents are treated more than they need to work on the outward appearances. I will never stay here again if I need a rehab again and I don't suggest anybody else put a loved one here not unless you plan on being here everyday to make sure things are taken care of and their needs are met because the need to do not get met on a daily basis.

They are taking care of my sister, after a bad fall. What a relief, because from all I’ve seen, they’re doing an excellent job. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the people have all been efficient and professional while managing to remain friendly all the while. I feel relieved knowing she is being treated and cared for at Southwest Nursing and Rehabilitation. Spot On !

So I've only been here for about a week. And everything is so far, so good. The staff is good only have one small issue and they fix it like right then spot on less then5 min.and the cafeteria food is the bomb.com, tried to call them and let them know that they're doing a wonderful job with the food. I have not yet had two season my food n , omg the womb care is amazing yes I would recommend this place to anybody and I will let people know about it
