Spear Physical Therapy

I’ve had a great experience at Spear physical therapy. The environment is positive and welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely enjoy what they do. I work directly with Vivek, and he’s been excellent. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure I’m progressing the right way. As a college athlete preparing for my upcoming season, I really appreciate how focused he is on getting me ready to compete while making sure everything is done correctly and safely. Stratos and Josh are both very thorough and attentive with their patients. They take their time, make sure you’re getting quality care, and still manage to keep the atmosphere relaxed and upbeat. Abraham at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. He’s knowledgeable, organized, and makes scheduling or asking questions easy. The techs also do a great job keeping the clinic clean and running smoothly. They’re helpful when demonstrating exercises and make sure you understand what you’re doing. Overall, it’s a place that provides high-quality care in a supportive environment. I have recommended it to both friends and family and would encourage others to go!

I’ve been rehabbing after ACL reconstruction surgery, and working with Josh at Spear has been an incredible experience. We clicked right from the start — Josh is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to his patients’ recovery. He’s consistently accommodating, attentive, and very easy to talk to, which made every session feel comfortable and productive. His expertise and support have played a huge role in my progress, and I always felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Josh and the entire team at Spear to anyone needing physical therapy. Vivek Sukumaran and the team at Spear Physical Therapy in Bayside Queens was very welcoming, patient, and effective. I felt like I was getting personal attention throughout my sessions which were an hour long. Vivek is the best physical therapist I have ever met! I was truly impressed by his treatment plan that led to my quick recovery. I highly recommend Vivek and Spear PT for physical therapy.
