The level of care and attention I received exceeded my expectations. His genuine dedication to his profession is evident in every aspect of his work. I am deeply grateful to have chosen him, and I could not be more pleased with my results. Second, as part of my treatment, I underwent surgery at Arizona Specialty Hospital in Phoenix. It was the finest hospital experience I have ever had. The staff demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness throughout my stay. Like Dr. Mullen, the team clearly takes pride in their work and in the organization they represent. The overall experience was truly exceptional. Third, Dr. Mullen’s office staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my care was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. I sincerely appreciate their courtesy, efficiency, and consistent support throughout the entire process. For anyone seeking outstanding medical care, I offer my highest recommendation. I have had the stem cell injections on both my knees in may 2024 ; Since then, I have felt like a teenager; I’m a ballroom dancer at 66 years old and Dr Mullen helped me to pursue my dreams. There are no words to express my gratitude for Dr. Mullen , Helping me to keep going in what I love the most in my life. I already spoke to two other ladies that they have any problems and I encourage them to follow Dr. Mullen protocol.

This review addresses Dr. Mullen's staff as I was not afforded the opportunity to meet with him due to the ineptness of his staff. I made a consultation appointment six weeks in advance, at which time I asked if they accepted my insurance and was told they did. The afternoon before my appointment I received a call saying that since they were out-of-network I needed a referral in order to see Dr. Mullen the next day. I immediately called my primary care doctor's office to see if it could be done. I was told I would need to see my doctor in order to get a referral, however, the receptionist would do what she could. The next morning, the day of my appointment, I called Dr. Mullen's office to cancel my appointment as I was not able to get the referral. I asked why was I not notified of the out-of-network status when I made the appointment and was told they only verify insurance 7-10 days before an appointment date. I was given less than 24 hours. She then told me I could keep the appointment, but would need to pay $250. As I stated above, I have no review to submit regarding Dr. Mullen. But his office policies are severely lacking.
