My experience here has been very pleasant and easy—honestly a real step forward for me. I’m the type of person who always goes straight to the negative reviews first when I'm looking at a place or a product, so I want to be as balanced as I can for anyone else doing the same. Overall, it’s been a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating from my first visit all the way through to my procedure. I saw Mrs. Smith, PA-C for my initial appointment, and she was fantastic. She was straight to the point and addressed every concern we had, explaining everything clearly and concisely. Before the procedure, she walked me through it all again before getting started. She worked quickly and really made me feel comfortable, even despite my very high anxiety. My only real complaint is that I would have appreciated the front staff providing the cost quote like was stated before the procedure. We were told we’d get that after the first visit, but it didn't quite happen that way. That aside, I definitely recommend them and would go back for any future issues. I really hope this helps someone else who might be nervous about their visit!

Dr. Carr is very friendly puts you at ease. Very important when she only ever sees you in your underwear! I never feel embarrassed. She’s very thorough, explains everything clearly, and catches and treats all of the problems before they become big problems. I’ve been seeing Dr. Carr for 5 or 6 years now and am very happy with she and her practice.

Great experience bringing my son for a follow up visit for a rash he had. I don’t think we waited even a minute in the waiting room. Medical assistant asked a few questions, then PA came in right away and checked him out. Answered all our questions and gave suggestions on products to use. Super efficient and informative appointment.

I had a great experience at Spring Dermatology. I normally go to a different dermatology office, but at the beginning of the year I scheduled the surgery for the cyst removal and it was so expensive, I wasn’t able to move forward with it. I recently hit my deductible, my usual office was booked out until the end of the year. Spring Dermatology was able to get me in the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Not only did they fit me in quickly, but they were also able to remove the blackhead that same visit. Dr. Jerry was absolutely amazing—super helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and even made sure to schedule my follow-up appointment for December 31st so I wouldn’t have another copay going into the new year just to have my stitches removed. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out to me. The front desk staff was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very organized. Everyone I came into contact with was smiling and kind. The office was a bit busy, but despite that, I was in and out in about an hour. They had everything set up within about 20 minutes, and the procedure itself was quick and smooth. Normally this would have been scheduled for a later date, but Dr. Jerry went ahead and took care of it that same day since it was a simple procedure. Overall, the service was efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m very glad I chose Spring Dermatology and would absolutely recommend them.

I was extremely nervous about my surgery, but the entire experience ended up being so much better than I expected. Jeanette, the assistant, was absolutely amazing she helped with everything, explained things clearly, and truly put me at ease. Dr. Fakhouri also made me feel very comfortable and even put music on during the procedure, which helped calm my nerves so much. I’m really grateful for how caring and professional they both were. Highly recommend!
