Patient reviews

A level of care that I’ve never experienced at a hospital before. From registration with Eric and then preop to recovery to the floor the care was unmatched. Making you feel as comfortable as possible in a situation you really don’t want to be in. Dr. Gallinghouse is awesome And his entire team. Melissa in preop was amazing And Callie in recovery was great And my main evening nurse on the 6th floor Sebastian & Jamie and the entire team was amazing. Pamela the day nurse was nice too. Just could not get over the level of care they give here of going above and beyond. The Hospital and the heart healthy food was great. Pre-care getting me here and set up was done by Jade Brown And she went above and beyond . Cindy Williams make sure we had options of where to stay and my preop and postop care that would be needed. Everyone Just absolutely amazing. Food wise: The heart healthy chicken enchiladas was great along with the sugar free cheesecake yum! It was my favorite of the food I had there but it was all really good.

I recently had an outpatient procedure and received truly exceptional care from the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. During a time when I wasn’t feeling my best, they made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. Thank you for creating an environment where patients feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.

Staff and providers in all areas get 5 star… the facility gets 2 stars. No Kleenex in the rooms. After my procedure I asked for Kleenex and was given a wad of 4x4 gauze. The patient bathrooms are ALWAYS nasty. If they are not being maintained regularly… at least have some disposable toilet seat covers. After my procedure. I needed to use the restroom and was not able to squat so I had to come out of the restroom to get some hand sanitizer from off of the wall hanger to clean the toilet so that I felt barely comfortable enough to use it. Apparently someone had left a bunch of what looked like pubic hair all over the toilet bowl seat. The floor was sticky with what appeared to be urine. The bathrooms are as well maintained as the outside bathrooms commonly seen at public outdoor parks… gross.
