These treatments have been great. The Dr that owns the practice and runs the infusions is kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. I really appreciate how much she cares about her patients. She took the time to explain the best treatment plans based on research, but she doesn’t force anything-she listens to her patients and their needs and will help make a treatment plan that works for them. It feels good to go somewhere where you feel heard-it makes it a lot easier to engage in the process and get the most out of it as possible.

Dr. Coakley is one of the kindest, most caring doctors from whom I've ever received care. She has worked diligently to get to know me, the person, not just the patient. I'm shocked by some of the reviews stating that it is difficult to get ahold of someone. Dr. Coakley has PERSONALLY always returned my phone calls and responded to my messages in the client app/portal in a timely manner. She has provided me with additional resources and I feel I can be completely open with what is going on with me both physically and emotionally. I would also like to speak to those reviews complaining that a fee is charged for the consultation: An in-depth, comprehensive evaluation is standard best practice, and should not be a ten or fifteen minute meet and greet. The consultation I underwent was thorough and was truly in my best interest to determine if Ketamine was best for me. Dr. Coakley spent extensive time getting to know my history, needs and future goals. Buyer beware if you seek ketamine treatment at a clinic who does not complete a thorough eval. Overall, I could not be happier with my care at Summit Ketamine Innovations. Truly, SKI and Dr. Coakley are top notch. I would give her ten stars if I could.

I never write reviews so the fact that I am speaks volumes to the care I’ve received with Summit Ketamine Innovations. Ketamine therapy has been a game changer for my depression and anxiety, I can’t recommend it enough. When choosing a place I really looked for a place that I could feel relaxed and comfortable. Initially I was super nervous and anxious for the infusion and a few that followed however, Dr. Coakley answered all my questions and concerns with a calm and assuring demeanor that put me at ease. No matter what has come up during an infusion I’ve always felt safe and secure and that my needs were met. I highly recommend Summit Ketamine Innovations for pain or mental health care.
