Well, they know me as Kelley Ovbieko. I've been seeing Dr. Zidan for years now and he's amazing! His staff and the Dr. are always caring and supportive. Dr. Zidan has extensive knowledge in pain management and he's a straight shooter. I like that because I'm not needle friendly. I'm grateful for his staff, and their support. Dr. Z, thank you for being awesome and helping me live a little better. Aimee and I are very appreciative for the relief.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zidan for a couple of years now since my serious car accident in 2023. Dr. Zidan and his team do such a great job listening to me and coming up with a pain management plan. Texas Pain Physicians in North Richland Hill is definitely worth calling if you suffer from chronic pain.

My post op follow up date was on 11/7. My husband took a vacation day to take me and we drove and hour to get there. Once we arrived I was told my appointment was rescheduled until 11/17 YET nobody let me know and I’m the patient! This makes twice I had a problem with their office staff. This makes the doctor look bad!

Dr. Zidan, the NP, and especially Mrs. Laws, the receptionist in the NRH office are great! Something is definitely off in the axillary help department. They want to be able to conduct themselves any way they choose, but you'd better not complain. They can be as slow as they want, or hours late. If you do it, you will be charged. An office visit can start over an hour late your choice is to take it or leave it. A 30min visit can extend well beyond 2 hrs. You're exorcist to wait with NO update. My mother loves her Dr. Zidan, her NP, and Mrs. Laws. They are the only reason we still come. She won't change doctors.

The staff👍, up front such a nice person at the front desk. The nurse who checked me in also extra nice. Very pleasant demeanor. And Dr Zahir sorry bad speller. Is a good soul. He listens. He knows his stuff. If your honest and want pain relief not just pain meds he is your Dr. Radio Frequency Oblation I was getting back home every 8 months on the dot. Been here 3 years and 1 treatment. Here is your pain management Dr. Amr Zidan
