The Balanced Woman

My first appointment at The Balanced Woman was almost two years ago. Dr. Lambert took her time, talking with me, asking questions, and listening. I felt seen and heard. My last two televisits were with Ariella (sp?) the NP. I absolutely love her. Just like Dr. Lambert, she's asks questions and really listens to what you say - and don't say. Grateful to her because she's been able to help me figure out the crushing exhaustion I had with perimenopause - had because now that I'm on a low dose of HRT that she prescribed, it's gone. I had my second televisit with her today and, once again, I hung up feeling hopeful. Today, she recommended things that will help with brain fog and the desire to get up and actually get stuff done. This care team is simply outstanding. Worth every penny that I spend on the incredible support they provide. If you want excellent care where the doctors and NPs actually listen and help, you need to make an appt with The Balanced Woman asap.

I absolutely love seeing Dr. MarieLisa Lambert. She takes the time to meet with me in her office first and truly talk through everything before the exam, how I’m feeling, how my hormone therapy is going, and any questions or concerns I have. It never feels rushed or impersonal. That thoughtful, whole-person approach makes such a difference and immediately puts me at ease. Dr. Lambert is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. I’m so grateful to have a physician who makes every visit feel comfortable and supportive.

I was recently seen by Ariella Jolly, nurse practitioner. She was absolutely phenomenal! I have a complicated medical history and I have seen many doctors. Invariably, the experience is frustrating. Most doctors don't meet with me for more than 7 minutes. Even the rare doctor who gives me time to explain my situation, then proceeds to ignore everything I said and tells me what they think I should do. Ariella spent an hour with me. An an entire hour! But more importantly, she listened to my situation and then worked together with me to create a treatment plan. I feel optimistic that I am now on the right path. Ariella is compassionate and very knowledgeable. She is an exceptional practitioner. I feel very lucky to have met her. For some reason, she is not listed on the website, so I apologize if I misspelled her name. I hope someone updates the website soon so that more people can find her.
