I’ve been seeing Dr. Panero for treatments since September 2025. From the very first visit, I feel he’s listened to my needs, he’s been patient, and always eager to help. I am grateful for his knowledge and expertise! His staff are such a delight to work with. Oh and if you haven’t followed him on Instagram, you’re missing out! I’m so glad to be under his care and excited to be healing as planned. Thank you Dr. Panero!

Dr. DeMesa is incredible. He was my doctor at UC Davis and now at Sutter. I have been getting prolotherapy from him since I had my son. It is an incredible treatment that he is specialized in. Prolotherapy is not offered in many places and it has changed my life all thanks to Dr. DeMesa

I really wanted to be able to give 5 stars but it's been 2 months since I had PRP injected directly into my L4-L5 disc and it did absolutely nothing for me. $3000 down the drain. The experience was terrible as my disc went bat crazy and I fell paralyzed by the pain onto the ground in the procedure room unable to move for 30 minutes. Basically the injection mimicked the exact same feeling as rupturing a disc. Plasma in the disc then straight out the back onto the nerve roots. Nice enough Dr but doesnt even follow up with me either. And the office charged me a 3% fee to use my credit card like really? And they never answer their phone either. 3k down the drain for me. PRP into a ruptured disc doesnt work don't be fooled.
