Dr. John and his girls at the Garden are absolutely incredible. Not to be dramatic, but his life optimization program literally changed my life. 8 months post partum, I decided it was time to focus on me. Through his program, I was able to lose 30 pounds in 4 months. He was so knowledgeable and understanding of my needs; I can’t recommend them enough. My 10-year-old daughter had a telangiectasia, which is a small, widened blood vessel near the surface of her skin. She was very self-conscious when it did not go away on its own. Luckily for us, Dr. John is our pediatrician. I reached out and he knew exactly how to quickly correct this issue. The team was patient, explained everything to my daughter, and used best-in-class IPL technology to treat the spot. It was affordable, pain-free, and one visit did the trick! While the Garden Med Spa does offer services mostly for adults, my child felt safe and comfortable being treated here. Thank you again for taking care of her.

As soon as I walked in, the staff, Zach, Madalyn, and Alexis, welcomed me with opened arms, and bright smiles! They were very friendly, sociable, and helpful. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Natalie, was absolutely wonderful! This was my very time ever, and I will definitely be back to try out a, "Deluxe Hydrafacial!" Kind staff and Dr John is great at what he does. The wait was long but it was during an event so I was patient. (Roughly 3 hours) 💋PLS READ UPDATE: I didn’t want to leave this review but honestly I wont be returning after my follow up. I want to start by saying Dr John does great work, but the time management and just functionality of this place needs help. This is for the Voorhees location specifically. Follow ups are usually super quick as all that’s done is a check. I was in and out in just under two hours…and while I got checked on, it was the same we are busy logic. I get the first time was an event, but on a random Friday when the parking lots not full at all? The assistants are kind but any chance an aesthetician got they would talk about my skin. Hey so I’m here for my lips not my face so can we not idk. Now I didn’t care when this happened during my first appt , I took it on the chin cause I get they are trying to upsell. But feeding off of someone’s insecurities is never a valid sales tactic and will in fact make me take my money elsewhere. I came for lips and I got approached by four different people about my acne in the time I waited, making me visibly uncomfortable and irritated. I feel like the social cues weren’t all there and it felt pushy and I’m comfortable in my own skin, so to walk out questioning that was exactly what they wanted. I got numbed as a precaution despite saying I didn’t want to inject and it was just for a follow up, but I feel like it was almost an excuse to make me wait more. I mean I’ve never waited two hours for a follow up in my life. Then I waited to do content for them, which of course was the easiest and quickest part of the process. I wanted to like this location so bad and I was kind, but I would recommend going elsewhere as appointments are meant to be at their scheduled time and ppl have lives. Unless they prioritize other big money services and just leave people who participate in the sales on the back burner, bc that’s what it seems like, then they shouldn’t offer sales. And honestly maybe I wouldn’t post this and would overlook the atrocious wait time I sat through both times if I wasnt essentially berated for my skin every visit when I didn’t ask, that’s just bad customer service and outright mean. Posting this to save others time, money, and confidence. People at the front desk were precious at least.
