I cannot recommend Dr. Krystle Wang and the office staff at The Menkes Clinic highly enough! I recently saw her for Botox and IPL laser treatments, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My skin has genuinely never looked better. Dr. Wang provides incredibly detailed care and takes the time to explain everything, which made the entire process feel seamless. It’s rare to find a dermatologist who combines such technical expertise with a warm, approachable manner. If you are looking for someone to trust with your cosmetic treatments, Dr. Wang is the best in Mountain View. Thank you for the amazing results! The front desk are also very warm and fun to talk to, I am in and out with such efficient and effective service ;)

a follow should be in order if you have to wait 3 sometimes 6 months in between treating what turn out to be a systemic allergic reaction to bug bites and then eczema and i got progressively worse in between my 6 month weight. I was in complete pain and itching everywhere but my Dr. only prescribed steroid cream which had t worked for the past 10 months.I waited 6 months when a steroid shot was all i needed?? I gave ended up in the ER for less than this so I am now skeptical why the dr. had me come back with a suck long wait when a follow up call with some photos woman’s it was all over my body and I am still scared to prove it?

Saw dr Caroline Tan. She is young and peppy, but also lacks listening skills, she is rude and incompetent. She told me that a minor mole-type growth was most definitely skin cancer. That was obviously not the news I wanted to hear, but she was very adamant about it. She said she'll do a biopsy and get back to me within a week or two. Never heard back from them, so I called about a month later, and got the confirmation that the growth is benign. Good news for me, but I really do not recommend this doctor, she is incredibly insensitive and arrogant.
