Jen at The Natural Path is amazing. She actually listens and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. Instead of just looking at labs and saying “you’re fine,” she showed me where I could make small changes with supplements and nutrition that would really move the needle. I already feel better and more energized. What I like most is how real she is — no rush, no cookie-cutter plan. Just someone who genuinely cares and wants to see you healthier. A friend referred me to The Natural Path when I expressed my struggles with all things Perimenopause. I was struggling with anxiety, depression, motivation to do anything in life. I literally felt like I was losing my mind. I was so relieved after meeting with Jennifer to discuss my initial bloodwork. I wasn’t losing my mind… my hormones were terribly unbalanced. Following her recommendations, I am so happy to be feeling like a new person after only a couple months of bioidentical hormone replacement. I highly recommend The Natural Path. It was nice to be seen, heard and understood! Often times women just try and get through it. We all deserve to understand that we don’t have to accept the changes our bodies go through during the aging process. The appointment system and communication from the appointments is absolutely terrible. They cancelled my appointment without consulting me even though I told them I could not answer my phone during work and needed to be texted with questions. The explanations for procedure were often poorly communicated and the availability for appointments is worse than a primary care practice. Do not use this service if you want good customer care.
