I've been seeing Demeko as my therapist for close to five years now. He's helped me navigate through many changes in my life, from managing through quarantine to job changes to discovering that I'm autistic to coming out as transgender and nonbinary and queer, along a journey towards feeling happiness, peace, and well-equipped to deal with the many challenges I've faced and will continue to face. His approach is open, empathetic, pragmatic, and sincere, and I recommend him as highly as I can. He's among the chief reasons why I'm living happily right now and why I'm able to continue discovering myself. I appreciate his practice and counsel more than I can possibly express.

I am so grateful to have found Demeko as my therapist. He brings a unique range of understanding and communication to our sessions, seamlessly navigating the sensitive, spiritual, and practical aspects of my story. His ability to switch between these dimensions and link them together to provide a deep connection is truly special. From the very first session, Demeko was clear about who he is and what our work together would be like—straightforward, yet incredibly patient and open when needed. He has a natural sensitivity that is skillfully and lovingly harnessed in service to others, while also being grounded in the reality of day-to-day life. His approach is both compassionate and accountable, and he is always attentive to the smallest details, even when I am not aware of their significance. Working with Demeko has been a transformative experience, and I am deeply thankful for his support.

In various group/individual iterations, Demeko has been an incredible supervisor. He embodies the unique ability to guide with humility and curiosity, encouraging openness, authenticity, and thoughtful self-reflection. He shares openly his own experiences and responses, while creating plenty of space for other group members to process and share. He is a wealth of information about various integrative practices and is flexible and human in his approach. Creating an environment for other therapists and trainees to be vulnerable and share their own challenges is a complex task, and Demeko navigates it with ease.
