I treated myself for my birthday and had an amazing experience at The Residence Wellness Spa by SoulDelana they truly helped jump-start my day. I had a lymphatic massage with Zoya, contour sculpting red light therapy, and Mito red light therapy, and every service was excellent. Zoya was incredible extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a regular Swedish massage. Aprar was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my contour sculpting session. The space is super clean, calming, and smells amazing. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back! ✨

A few days ago, my friend and I visited this wellness spa, and when I say it was an experience… I mean a 20/10 experience. I will absolutely be returning because honestly, every girl needs wellness. I didn’t really know what to expect going in — I haven’t been to a spa in years — but from the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. Our guide, Mel, was an absolute gem. She walked us through every machine, explained how to use everything, what each amenity was good for, and made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free. Everyone at the spa was super friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was so cozy and comfortable. That part really stood out to me. For women especially, it’s important to feel safe, relaxed, and free in a space like this — and this spa truly delivered on that. I’m from Brooklyn, and there honestly aren’t many hidden-gem wellness spots like this, so if you’ve been thinking about going… don’t hesitate. I tried several of the amenities, but my absolute favorite had to be the outdoor dry sauna. You add water to a basket of hot rocks, which creates steam, and it was insanely relaxing. We were sweating so much, burning calories, and it just felt amazing overall. They also have a full-body massage chair, and wow. It massaged my feet, hands, knuckles — literally everything. It was a 15-minute session and perfect for anyone who wants a massage but isn’t necessarily into a traditional hands-on massage by another person. Another highlight was the hot tub. It was snowing in New York — like a full-on snowstorm — and I was outside in the hot tub completely unbothered. That alone should tell you how good it was. Overall, this place almost felt too good to be true. I’m 100% going back, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking to relax, reset, and pour back into themselves. And when you go… tell them Zaria sent you and you’ll receive 10% off your next visit 💆🏽♀️✨ and the tea was a 10/10!
