I love that you can jump from a red light therapy session (15 min.) to a cryotherapy (3-6 min.)! You feel amazing after. With the hyperbaric oxygen chamber (easy to work on your laptop or take calls for an hour in there), IV drips and shots, infrared salt sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, leg compression, and an overall relaxing health-driven vibe, it’s great here. Highly recommend for your longevity!

Post surgery lymphatic massage absolutely gave me exceptional results with my healing process. Not only did the massages help speed up the recovery process, they boosted my mood, and improved my mental fatigue as well. Yanna is the BEST! She is caring, knowledgeable, professional, and she certainly knows her craft. All the staff have made this healing/wellness journey very pleasant! Highly recommend!
