Can't answer the phone? Maybe call someone back? I hurt my back and I am trying to get in, but I am guessing it is too much to return a phone call. I will find another chiropractor

I've been a patient of Dr. Balin's Wellness Center for 11 years, and am very happy with both the staff and Dr. Balin. They are very professional, and the level of service is second to none. Over the years I have had different issues with my back and they treat each issue with the utmost care and provide therapy to ensure that each visit is maximized.

Worst chiropractic care I’ve ever received today. Today was third visit were the first two visits were great and looking forward to my third visit to reduce the lower back pain. However, the adjustment I received was equivalent to having no adjustment at all. I left today with the same pain level as I came in with. When I expressed my concern to the doctor the response I received was dismissive in my opinion. Im working overseas with 2 & 3 months away from professional chiropractic care and flying commercial for 20 hrs one way to get to work or back home. I was hoping for better care than I received today. Very disappointed.

I have been in customer service all of my life. I worked at a very busy dental office for 12 years and dealt with patients all of the time. I have to applaud you for a job extremely well done. All of your employees are phenomenol. The service and care you receive is outstanding. Claudia is just amazing!!!! Dr Balin is very efficient, knowledgeable, and incredible at his job. The office runs like a well oiled machine. I am very very impressed with everything! And I love the different flavored water Everytime I come:) keep doing what you are doing!!!!

I’ve been enjoying the services at The Wellness Centre for several years. Dr. Balin and his team of health care workers have helped me with so many of my health care issues. Dr. Balin and his wife choose excellent massage therapists to complement Dr. Balin’s chiropractic care. Currently I am enjoying the benefits of biofeedback at The Wellness Centre. I’ve also benefitted from skin therapy, nutrition consultation, and acupuncture at The Wellness Centre. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about my insurance. I am grateful I found this place and that I keep coming back. Dr. Balin, his family, and the members of his staff are great examples of people living healthy lifestyles and giving back to their community.
