Upper East Side location is a gem! I highly recommend the medi spa as it's trustworthy, professional, and exceptional. The moment I entered, I was greeted by the manager, Lisa, who guided me through all the services they provide. She also shared the amazing deals that they currently have! Shauna gave me a tour and educated me on the importance of anti-aging for skin, using clear and brilliant and hydrafacials to help achieve my goals. Josie provided a thorough guide on Botox's do's and don't s, which was super helpful! I will absolutely be back again as a forever client. Thank you Therapie !!!!

Injector Josie Deason gave us another amazing Botox experience!! She’s so detailed and I highly recommend. We look forward to come back for scultra filler she recommended. I rarely write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism was obvious. Lauren at the front desk is outstanding. She’s warm, clear, incredibly organized, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. She’s transparent about pricing and genuinely works with you to make it manageable. You can tell she cares about people, not just appointments. Josie, who does the Botox and filler, is equally impressive. She takes her time, listens carefully, and explains what she’s doing and why. There’s zero ego, zero sales push. Just thoughtful, precise work and a calm, friendly presence. You feel like you’re in capable hands the entire time. The whole experience feels professional, honest, and detail oriented. Highly recommend.
