Great experience, I went in for the IPL photofacial and they asked about my skin concerns. On the basis of that they suggested an additional treatment. I didn't feel I was being upsold, just informed on the best course of action and they were right! I already see the difference and I'm so excited for my results, I booked my next appointment. Excellent!!! My microblading tattoo removal wasn’t painful for the most part and whatver pain I did experience was absolutely tolerable. I did have the numbing cream for like 20-30 mins so that helped, staff super friendly and nice! The doctor scared me saying it would be super painful which I appreciate but it honestly wasn’t

One star. I saw zero results after completing full laser sessions for bikini and legs at Timeless Laser — even though I’ve done laser before at another clinic and saw real results. This place didn’t deliver. I started treatments in January, have thin hair to begin with, and saw no change. I raised concerns multiple times, but the technician was dismissive and offered no follow-up or correction. Instead, I was told they offer no refunds — that’s their idea of customer service. They also regularly ran late, and my 5-minute appointments often stretched close to an hour. ~Worst of all, at my final visit, they brought another staff member into the treatment room without asking. She never introduced herself or told me why she was there. Made me feel uncomfortable, and made an already tense situation, worse. I voiced discomfort three times and was ignored. I had to directly ask for her to leave. That’s a clear violation of patient privacy.~ When I expressed dissatisfaction again, the manager, worst thing about this place, rudely said they’d fight a chargeback. Unprofessional, defensive, and disrespectful . I would never recommend this business.
