Poor service, the office staff front desk is always changing- each time I visit they are always training a new staff member. This leads to check in delays. My appointment was at 11:45 - it is now 12:46 I still haven’t been seen yet. The office is not mindful of your time. I am truly disappointed in this level of service. I chose to write the review because I don’t want anyone to experience the lack of professionalism. As I finish my post I still haven’t seen the doctor. They did move me from the waiting room area to a room where I am experiencing another extended wait.

They were nice but horrible experience with my Botox. Never in my life I had bruises on my face with Botox but I have two big bruises under my eyes and it looks terrible and painful. I will not recommend this place at all. Please don’t waste your time and money.

The lady’s at the front desk are super nice and informative. The office is very stylist and chic and it’s quick with appointments. I have been twice for Emsella and will continue to try it

I got my Botox done with Alejandra, and she is an absolute sweetheart! From the moment I walked in for the first time, I was greeted with her warm smile and immediately felt welcomed. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. Donny was also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend both Alejandra and Donny!

I came to TLC Medspa for an IV and an Inbody scan and had a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and efficient. The whole office is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I had a great view of downtown during my IV and they provided blankets and comfortable couches. Alejandra administered my IV and she was mindful of the needle, I barely felt anything. She explained my Inbody scan in detail and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend TLC Medspa to anyone looking for treatment at a calm, comfortable place with people who care about your needs and concerns.
