TMS Therapy of Lynn

I had a great experience with PAL TMS services. Dr.Reimherr and Adrienne are the best, they have helped me greatly through my tms journey. They are a very compassionate and caring team. TMS has greatly improved my quality of life, before tms I wouldn't even leave my house. I highly recommend anyone suffering from Major Depression to pursue TMS at PAL of Lynn with Dr.Reimherr and Adrienne. Adrienne has been very supportive and caring, she has a very great work ethic, I will miss seeing her, but I know they are there to support me whenever I need. To anyone thinking about it, it's one of the most important decisions I have made in life, and I greatly appreciate Dr.Reimherr and Adrienne.

*Zero stars* I contacted TMS Therapy of Lynn by phone. I was never able to get anyone to speak to, and could only leave a voice mail. After 3 days, I sent an email. Again, no response. I called 2 more times. No response. 2 weeks later, and 2 more emails, no response. I finally heard back from someone who told me "they are getting my phone calls but no emails", and within the same conversation, "we are getting your emails but no phone calls." I was sent the intake forms, and told they can be completed by email, if I had the capability on my computer. I did, and sent them right back. Then, I was told I could not sent them by email, and asked if I wanted a hard copy mailed to me. I responded yes. I mailed them back, and today got an email from the very same person who mailed them to me, asking if I wanted a hard copy sent back to me. I responded to her email and never heard back from her. Update 5-8-2023: I called their office on 5-8-2023, and told the receptionist I never heard back from them as to receiving my intake package that I mailed to them, directly at the post office. I mailed it the previous week on Wed., and here it was the following Mon., and no word from them. I live in the next city over...less then 3 miles from them. She told me she was going to where all mail is sent, will check it, and get back to me immediately withing the next few minutes. That was yesterday early morning. It's now the next day in the evening....no word from them. We are suppose to trust this office to use a machine on our brain when they themselves are brain dead? Stay away!!! *They have been operating at their facility for 11 years but do not allow reviews on their website.*
