Staff was really nice, gave us a partial tour of the other rooms and services which were not in use. We enjoyed the private room for the infrared sauna and cold plunge, although very small…barely enough room for us both to dress and undress. My only complaint is that the sauna although it read 146 degrees was barely hot enough to draw a sweat from either myself or my husband. We have one at home that goes up to 120 degrees, and we are both sweating after 15 mins, so it is not accurate. I’d be interested in trying other services. They offer decent membership/point packages that can be shared and don’t expire!

Transitions Float Studio is truly a special place, and I feel genuinely grateful that something like this exists here. My husband and I did the sauna, cold plunge, and float therapy, and the entire experience was outstanding, and deeply calming, grounding, and restorative. From the moment you walk in, everything just feels right. The lighting is perfect: soft, warm, and intentionally calming, creating an atmosphere that immediately helps your nervous system exhale. The space feels homey and welcoming, and you can feel how much care and heart went into creating it. The sauna and cold plunge were invigorating, the float therapy was incredibly peaceful, and having access to red light therapy, massage chair, and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber all in one place is such a gift. It truly feels like a sanctuary for healing, recovery, and deep reset. What made the experience even more meaningful was the staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and caring, and they make you feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. You’re not rushed, you’re not treated like a number. You are truly cared for. It is a space that feels safe, intentional, and healing. We’ll absolutely be back.

Fantastic place to come relax, decompress, and enjoy. The energy is amazing! They have a plethora of options from cold plunging to float to salt cave, hyperbaric chamber, saunas and more to choose from! They are also extremely clean! Definitely a must try - you will not be disappointed!
